What is live today
Two new Direct API connections are live in Synter. Webflow and Pipedrive. Both authorize through OAuth, both store credentials inside Synter, and both feed the AI Agents new context to operate on.
Webflow lets the agents read your sites, install or update tracking code, and confirm the install. Pipedrive lets the agents see deal stages and pipeline value flowing out of your CRM so they can optimize ad spend against revenue instead of leads.
Both are available on every Synter plan, starting Free. Sign up or open the credentials page in your workspace to connect.
What Webflow gives you
If you ship landing pages in Webflow, your tracking pixels need to keep up. The classic workflow is awkward. Engineering writes a snippet. Marketing pastes it into Webflow custom code. Someone forgets to copy it to a new page. The pixel falls out of sync with the live site, conversions miscount, and budget decisions get made on bad data.
With Webflow connected, the Synter agents read the list of sites in your Webflow workspace, install Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, or any other platform pixel as custom code, and confirm the install. No tag manager hop. No engineering ticket. The agents own the install path end to end and report status back inside Synter.

What Pipedrive gives you
Most paid media tools optimize for clicks or leads. The agents in Synter want to optimize for pipeline. Pipedrive is the first CRM we are wiring up for that.
With Pipedrive connected, deal stages and pipeline value flow into Synter. The agents can see which ads, audiences, and platforms are generating qualified pipeline, not just form fills. Ads that fill the pipeline win budget. Ads that do not, get paused. The shift is from optimizing the top of the funnel to optimizing on the only metric that pays the bills.
What this looks like in practice
A recent example, anonymized. A B2B services company was running paid social to recruit partners. They were optimizing for CPL. The leaderboard was clean. One audience came in cheap. Another, more selective audience came in roughly four times more expensive per lead. The obvious move from inside the ad manager is to scale the cheap audience and starve the expensive one.
Once Pipedrive was connected to Synter, lifetime deals tied back to ad sources, and the picture inverted. The cheap audience closed at 0% over hundreds of leads. The expensive audience closed at roughly 4%. CPL was a vanity metric. The CPA on actual signed partners was dramatically cheaper on the audience that looked expensive at the top of the funnel.
The CPL leaderboard told them to do exactly the wrong thing. The Pipedrive view changed the optimization target from cheap clicks to closed deals, and the agents shifted spend accordingly. None of this is possible without the CRM in the loop.
Already on Synter
HubSpot, Salesforce, and Attio are already supported. Pipedrive joins the list today, and the same agents that optimize against HubSpot pipeline can optimize against Pipedrive pipeline. No new workflow to learn.
Direct API, not middleware
Both connections are direct OAuth into the platform API. No Zapier. No iPaaS. No third-party sync layer. The same pattern Synter uses for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Spotify, Amazon, and every other platform we operate.
The reason matters. Middleware adds latency, breaks on schema changes, and hides errors behind a translation layer. Direct API connections fail loud, refresh tokens automatically, and let the agents react to platform changes as soon as they happen. When Webflow ships a new custom code endpoint, Synter picks it up the same week.
How to connect
Open Settings, then Credentials. Webflow and Pipedrive both appear under their respective categories with a Connect button. Authorize once and the agents take over from there.
If you are new to Synter, sign up and connect both during onboarding. The AI Agents will read your existing campaigns, your CRM pipeline, and your Webflow sites and propose a first set of moves before you finish your coffee.
