Meta Instant Forms → Attio

Synter can forward leads from Meta Instant Forms to your workspace's connected Attio CRM. Setup is support-assisted: contact support to verify Meta lead access, map your Facebook Page to the correct workspace, and confirm its leadgen webhook subscription before relying on delivery.

• Connect Attio for the same workspace. In Settings → Connections → Meta Ads, choose “Review optional Meta lead permission” to authorize lead access. Consent alone does not enable delivery: support must verify the Page mapping and webhook subscription.
• Forms must collect an email address. Synter matches Attio people by email and forwards available name and phone fields. It also attempts to add source and campaign attribution; setup can create missing attribution attributes in Attio.
• Delivery is best-effort, not a durable retry queue. Verify a test lead with support before use, monitor your CRM, and retain Meta's lead export as a recovery option. This workflow supports Attio, not every connected CRM.
